Theological priorities?

While we're waiting for others to post brief bios, let's think about theological priorities. Am I the only reader of systematic theologies to turn to eschatology first?

I just assess the general theological outlook of the author by looking at key differentiating points of doctrine, and whether it communicates the truth clearly, logically and Scripturally. I then "start at the very beginning, it's a very good place to start...", unless I'm just using it for reference.

Crawford,

I look at eschatology second (but that is simply my facination over the subject). I usually turn to issues of bibliology first. I look at inspiration, inerrancy, etc. to determine what the author's outlook and perspective on the text itself. If people theologians are not going to affirm inspiration and inerrancy it plays out in the rest of their theology.
